Serving homeowners and businesses from Clearwater to Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor to St. Pete Beach.
What Are Termites and Why Are They a Problem?
Florida's warm, humid climate makes it one of the most termite-active states in the country. Termites feed on wood and cellulose materials, and they work silently, often causing significant structural damage before homeowners even notice them. Tent fumigation is the most effective way to treat a structure that's already infested.
The Real Cost of Termite Damage
Termite damage is not covered by homeowner's insurance, even though termites cause more damage to Florida homes than fires, floods, and hurricanes combined. That's why regular inspections and early treatment are critical. When fumigation is needed, working with a company that handles it in-house means faster scheduling and direct accountability for the results.
Signs You May Have Termites
Common signs include termite droppings that look like coffee grounds or sawdust, mud tubes on foundation walls, small holes on the surface of wood, swarms of winged termites near windows or doors, dead termites in sinks or windowsills, and blistered or peeling wood surfaces. If you notice any of these, call us for a free inspection.
What's the difference between drywood and subterranean termites?
Drywood termites live inside the wood they infest and don't need soil contact. They're airborne and often enter homes through eaves, crawl spaces, and attics. Subterranean termites nest underground and build mud tubes to reach wood above the soil. They're the more destructive of the two species and are responsible for the majority of termite damage in Florida.
How do I know if I need tent fumigation or a spot treatment?
Tent fumigation is our most-used drywood termite treatment. It reaches every part of the structure, including behind walls and in the attic. Spot (no-tent) treatment is an option for smaller, localized infestations. Your technician will inspect the property and recommend the right approach based on the species, severity, and construction of your home.

Subterranean Termites
Nest underground and build mud tubes to reach wood above the soil. The most destructive termite species in Florida and responsible for the majority of termite damage. Peak activity: January through April.
Drywood Termites
Live inside the wood they infest and don't need soil contact. Enter homes through eaves, crawl spaces, and attics. Treated with tent fumigation or no-tent spot treatment. Peak activity: May through July.
Tent Fumigation
For drywood termite infestations, tent fumigation reaches every part of your home, including hidden spaces behind walls and in the attic. Your home is covered, gas is introduced, and termites are eliminated throughout the structure.
Bait Station Systems
Strategically placed bait stations attract termites. Once they consume the bait, they carry it back to the colony, eliminating it at the source. Used for subterranean termite control.
